The system is made up of a 5 axis anthropomorphous robot built in
a special structure called carousel.
The carousel consists of a central body to which three extensions are
applied. On each extension or arm of the carousel are built some
rotating bearings called walkers that thanks to a nail adjustable system
can house many kinds of working elements.
The system carries out automatically both the positioning of the element
within the working area of the IRIDE robot and the rotation around its
axis enabling the execution of the process on all the sides of the piece.
The rotation of the carousel enables the user to create a load and
unload area situated outside the painting area, therefore of the working
area of the machine, without prejudice for the safety dispositions in
force. The working program is generated by the user through the
teaching procedure.
