RES has a highly specialized personnel, that has been developing
and producing electronics of control for the painting robots with 5 or
6 axis, carousel or with a fixed platform for 12 years.

The special building of IRIDE offers the operator the opportunity
to generate a working program and to carry it out directly during
the teach.
The teaching procedure, carried out using the joystick linked to the
arm of the robot, is the phase when the operator does the movements
necessary to carry out the job, recorded by the robot.
The generated program is then faithfully repeated by the robot system
automatically thanks to the precision and the high speed of sampling
of the movements.
The teaching joystick is a grip to be fixed to the special bearing of the
painting gun, where there are the paint opening control button, the piece
rotating button and the start-stop sampling command. Thanks to
the joystick it is possible to move the robot arm quite easily enabling
the operator to direct the flux of paint in the best way.
